Meditation

At our counselling center, we use meditation as an intervention strategy to overcome various psychological issues any person is facing.

Meditation is about focusing on your breathing thereby helping to relax oneself.

When a person does meditation in a true sense he is devoid of other ideas which are stressful. Momentarily forgetting the stressful events in life help the person to relax and gives a fresh positive look at the stress full events, equipping self to handle it more positively and effectively.

Apart from using meditation in intervention, we conduct meditation workshops. These workshops are conducted in person as well as online.
